Training & Capacity Development
At CRANFORD CONSULTING we provide training and capacity building to enable individuals, groups, and organizations to strengthen their capabilities and develop new ones. Both are key to improving the skills and competencies of individuals and teams which consequently enhance their overall performance.
We provide two main categories of training. We work with a variety of both sector-agnostic and sector specific accelerators and incubators to provide training geared towards improving the business skills of startups, helping them build more sustainable enterprises. CRANFORD also delivers customized training and workshops for companies looking to enhance their team’s understanding on a variety of topics such as design thinking and prototyping, export enhancement, and understanding macroeconomic indicators among other things.
